Rope Access Window Cleaning Birmingham

We have started the rope access window cleaning to a large residential development in Birmingham today, we deployed 2 rope access techs for a 5 day exercise which involves removal of large amounts of limescale to the glazing, the limescale is a bi product from the apartments central heating.
We carry out the window cleaning for this development for a national charity based housing association and have been doing so for approx 5 years.

Rope Access Drainage Inspection & Clearance for BT

We had an emergency call out from Monteray, the FM's for BT.....they had water ingress into a building from a large balcony containing overflow drains.
Our reponse was immediate, we deployed our rope access technicians and equipment to carry out the emergency job.
We found that the main drains were blocked by silt and debris, the drain covers were unblocked and all the silt swept up and disposed of.
Complete Access have been delivering rope access cleaning, maintenance and inspections on behalf of Monteray for British Telecom for over 8 years!

Rope Access Window Cleaning Birmingham

We were tasked to come up with a solution to cleaning the windows to a large residential development in Birmingham City Centre.
The main problem was the gable end elevations....they are directly facing main thoroughfares into B'ham city centre.
 'reach&wash' couldnt be used as this would have meant operatives would have to step into the road....which wasnt an option......powered access was also not an option due to parking on the street and council costs for a permit.....solution....rope access.
Due to the nature of this development, we use a mixture of window cleaning solutions.....using rope access, powered access and 'reach&wash'.......the contract is carried out on behalf of a national housing association....where we are the preferred contractor to carry out difficult access solutions
