At Complete Access - Rope Access Specialists - We have over 20 years experience in cleaning and maintenance services.
Every job is different .... so therefore we are required to provide the following as an SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)......RAMS (Risk Assessment & Methods Statement) ... these documents are site specific and will be drafted up by our H&S Managers. Our H&S Managers hold a wealth of experience in this field and are certificated to the following: NEBOSH lvl3, IOSH, CCSNG, C&G lvl2.

PPE - All of our equipment is subject to a 6 monthly inspection which is recorded and traceable under PUWER & LOLER.

Rope Access Operatives - Our Operatives are trained to IRATA Standards. We conform to the British Standard BS7985

Window Cleaning - All of our Operatives have obtained the City & Guilds Level 2 in Building Support Services

Safety Training

EVERY single one of Our long term technicians are trained and certificated with the following:
  • IRATA Levels 1,2 & 3 Conforming to BS7985 The British Standard.
  • City & Guilds Level 2 in Window Cleaning & Building Support Services.
  • NEBOSH General Certificate Level 3
  • IPAF 3a & 3b Certification.
  • First Aid - All technicians are 1st aid trained and certificated.
  • IOSH - Technicians are certificated with the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health.
  • CCSNG - Safety Passports.

At Complete Access we have a duty of care to make sure our technicians work well within guidelines and regulations set out by the Health and Safety Executive..........

  • Working At Height Regulations (WAH) 2005 - We actively work to prevent falls from and equipment falling from height by ensuring our staff are trained in both the task in hand and the correct use of equipment supplied.
  • LOLER 1998 – All equipment is visually inspected prior to every use and on a six monthly basis. A full test of anchorage systems takes place on an annual basis.
  • PUWER 1998 - Correct issue and use of equipment is paramount to safety and a fully traceable equipment log is completed by one of our competant persons.  
  • Confined Space Regulations 1997..... all of our techs regularly carry out Confined Space Cleaning, Maintenance & Inspection Works .....all are certificated to do so and PPE is issued in line with PUWER Regs - ( Confined Space Window Cleaning to Lift Shafts)
