Rope Access - Facade Maintenance Leicester

We are at the start of a 5 day task to remedy fixings to exhaust vents to a 15 storey building in Leicester.

Initially the works were completed by the main contractor.....which included replacement of the windows and installation of the vent covers which were installed via scaffolding ........scaffold struck.......aftercare management kicks in.....re-scaffold or MEWP no longer a contender for high level access!

Works consisted of insertion of intumescent foam to the exhaust holes (which are no longer functional) and then adding extra screwfixings to the vents...hammer drilling into precast concrete...even with a Hilti drill proved hard work.

Our techs are highly trained...not only in rope access but in the health and safety issues that are associated in industry.....IOSH, CCSNG and NEBOSH are some of the qualifications our staff hold.
We as a company have also been successfully achieved Safecontractor Status
and SM&MS Contractor Plus .....each for 3 years in a row

Rope Access Mastic Insertion Cardiff

We have completed some remedial tasks for Opco Construction today......we were called in as part of their aftercare management to install shrowds to cover the existing vents to prevent the ingress of rain to the apartments....this involved screwfixing and mastic sealing the covers......we were also tasked to re-point with mastic, leaking window frames ...also on the exposed elevation..........Opco Construction had initially priced the works to be completed using MEWP's or scaffolding....both of which sygnificantly outweighed the cost of using our Rope Access Services to complete the task.

Rope Access Window Cleaning Coventry

We have had a really busy week and the rest of the winter is fully booked too, which is not the norm for a Rope Access Company...this week...completion of rope access window cleaning in Cardiff.........and successfully pricing up and gaining a new contract in Leicester.........and today......the completion of rope access window cleaning in Coventry.

We have been delivering rope access window cleaning on this building for over 5 years now, albeit the building isnt very high, the approximation to a very busy road makes rope access the most suitable and cost effective form of access to clean the facade......'reach&wash' personel would need to work in the road to clean this elevation..... to use a MEWP - cherry picker - would mean a road closure....!.....so rope access is the safest and most economical form of access available.

Rope Access Window Cleaning Cardiff

We have deployed 4 rope access technicians today to carry out Rope Access Window Cleaning in Cardiff City Centre.
The 4 day exercise consists of using both 'Reach&Wash' and traditional methods of window cleaning whilst using rope access techniques.

The reason behind using the reach&wash system is mainly due to the design of the building.....in places, large overhangs are the obstacle, so reach&wash was the only viable solution to overcome this.

We use Ionics Quattro portable system that sits on the roof and is directly fed from a tap....the tap water then goes through a 4 stage filtration process....as opposed to the pure water being fed from a van or trailer.

When it comes to window cleaning.....we couldnt be more qualified.....all of our technicians are trained and qualified to City&Guilds QCF level2 in window cleaning and hold BICs certification......

Complete Access Rope Access Specialists are also proud to be long term members of The Federation of Window Cleaners.

Complete Access are committed to health&safety.....we have been successfully audited by Britannia Safecontractor & SM&MS Contractor Plus for the 3rd year in a row, our technicians hold IOSH and CCSNG safety certificates.....and we have a dedicated H&S consultant - holding NEBOSH GC level3.
