Rope Access - Facade Maintenance Leicester

We are at the start of a 5 day task to remedy fixings to exhaust vents to a 15 storey building in Leicester.

Initially the works were completed by the main contractor.....which included replacement of the windows and installation of the vent covers which were installed via scaffolding ........scaffold struck.......aftercare management kicks in.....re-scaffold or MEWP no longer a contender for high level access!

Works consisted of insertion of intumescent foam to the exhaust holes (which are no longer functional) and then adding extra screwfixings to the vents...hammer drilling into precast concrete...even with a Hilti drill proved hard work.

Our techs are highly trained...not only in rope access but in the health and safety issues that are associated in industry.....IOSH, CCSNG and NEBOSH are some of the qualifications our staff hold.
We as a company have also been successfully achieved Safecontractor Status
and SM&MS Contractor Plus .....each for 3 years in a row
